Cleaning and maintenance of sealing machines

Regularly clean the surface, bottom plate, lower mold sliding plate, groove, upper mold inner pressing plate, and positioning rod of the machine (note: the power must be turned off and restored to normal temperature).
Regularly add grease to the transmission parts such as the lower mold sliding plate, pressure rod bearing, eccentric wheel and guide column, guide rail, etc. to ensure the performance of the machine.
Method for cleaning the tooth cutter: First, use a cotton ball to plug the two drainage holes of the lower mold, pour boiling water into the groove of the lower mold until it is full, then push the lower mold sliding plate into place, press the upper mold down to the lowest point, and let the tooth cutter soak for several minutes until it is clean, repeated several times.
