Graphite plate and petroleum coke are inseparable

Graphite plate is similar to petroleum coke. From the chemical point of view, petroleum coke, asphalt coke and other carbons that are easy to graphitize are complex organic polymer compounds with aromatic condensation ring as the basic structural unit. The molecular weight of these polymer compounds is also different due to the difference in coking temperature. The heat treatment conditions of the graphite plate are as follows: the temperature is slowly increased from 20T to 130 degrees:, about 1 hour, lasting 10 hours, and maintained at 130~140^, lasting 20~25 hours. In the heat treatment process, the pressure should be maintained at 0.5MPa. After dipping, the remaining acidity in the resin can be neutralized with ammonium hydroxide, otherwise the viscosity will increase and can no longer be used for dipping.

They have a common feature, that is, the higher the coking temperature, the higher the high molecular weight. In addition, polymeric compounds based on aromatic condensation rings first develop in a planar direction when forming macromolecules. At calcination temperatures, although these polymeric compounds based on aromatic condensation rings continue to merge in the plane direction, their molecular weight increases, elements such as hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen gradually decrease, and there is no regular overlapping arrangement between many planar macromolecules.
