Step 1, threading the adhesive film
To obtain the adhesive film, confirm the winding direction of the film, find the counterclockwise direction, and place it on the adhesive film rod for fixation. (Please turn off the power when threading the adhesive film)
Pay attention to whether the front and rear fixing clamps of the adhesive film are tightly integrated with the adhesive film. If they cannot be tightly integrated, use an art knife to cut the inner side of the adhesive film paper tube at an angle before inserting it.
After threading the adhesive film, use adhesive tape to firmly stick the film onto the receiving paper tube.

Step 2, Sealing Operation Steps (Panel Operation Instructions)
Connect the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will be on. Set the temperature controller to the predetermined temperature, and the green heating indicator light will be on. When the upper hot plate reaches the predetermined temperature, the red constant temperature indicator light will light up (while the sealing machine is working, the electric heating device continuously alternates between heating and insulation states, so the green and red indicator lights will also display alternately, which is a normal phenomenon).
Place the rubber cup into the lower mold slide, push the lower mold slide into the designated position by hand (if it is a fully automatic sealing machine or an automatic sealing machine, the lower mold slide will automatically enter after placing the rubber cup), press down on the handle of the sealing machine to the maximum stroke, hold it for 1-2 seconds, then slowly raise the handle and push it back to its original position.
Pull out the lower mold slide, take out the rubber cup, put it into the final sealing rubber cup, and proceed with another cycle.
