Sealing machine heat sealing

Heat sealed bags are widely used in the packaging of daily chemical products, food and drug packaging, and other fields. Due to the fact that leakage is most likely to occur at the heat sealing area of the packaging bag during product filling, and most of the damage to the packaging bag also occurs in the heat sealing part during actual use, selecting appropriate heat sealing materials and parameters can reduce the scrap rate of the production line and effectively improve the overall barrier performance of the packaging.
Hot press sealing is the process of heating the sealing material in a certain way to achieve a sticky flow state and then applying pressure to seal it. It is generally completed using a hot press sealing device or a hot press sealing machine. Hot sealing head is the executing mechanism for hot pressing sealing. According to the different structural forms and heating methods of the hot sealing head, the methods of hot pressing sealing can be divided into several types: ordinary hot pressing sealing, fuse sealing, pulse sealing, ultrasonic sealing, high-frequency sealing, and induction sealing. The characteristics of thin films vary, and the applicable heat sealing methods also vary. For example, ultrasonic sealing and high-frequency heat sealing are more suitable for thin films that are prone to thermal deformation. However, the most commonly used heat sealing method is still the ordinary hot pressing method. There are several common hot press sealing methods, including flat plate sealing, disc sealing, belt sealing, and sliding clamp sealing. The application of flat plate sealing is the most popular.
